The Logan County Commission signed and implemented a Fire Emergency Declaration / Burn Restriction Proclamation at its regularly scheduled meeting yesterday, Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at the Logan County Courthouse in Napoleon.

The Burn Restriction is typically signed and implemented in April of every year. This year, however, the implementation has been moved forward one month to address an early start to the fire season in North Dakota.
