Section 324 Notice: Tier II/Hazardous Chemical Reporting

In compliance with federal law, the Logan County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) gives notice that the Logan County Emergency Operations Plan, which includes the Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory (Tier II) Reports and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS’s), has been received and reviewed by the Logan County LEPC.

These documents, along with the hazardous materials response plan for Logan County, are available for public inspection at the Logan County Courthouse – Emergency Manager’s Office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
